These Terms of Service govern the use of poloshirtrmqr.com and the purchase of clothing products from Wai Min Limited. By accessing poloshirtrmqr.com, creating an account, or placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Service. If the customer does not agree, the customer must not use poloshirtrmqr.com.

Eligibility

The customer must be at least 18 years old to place an order. The customer must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and checkout. Wai Min Limited may refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms of Service.

Account Security

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. The customer must notify Wai Min Limited immediately of unauthorized account use. Wai Min Limited is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use if the customer failed to protect account credentials.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Wai Min Limited. Payment must be completed before order processing begins. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. The customer is responsible for all charges, taxes, and fees associated with the order. Wai Min Limited may cancel an order if payment is not authorized or if the ordered item is unavailable. If an order is cancelled, Wai Min Limited will issue a refund according to the refund terms below.

Shipping and Delivery

Wai Min Limited ships clothing products to addresses provided by the customer. The customer must provide a correct and complete shipping address. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Wai Min Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside the control of Wai Min Limited. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may return eligible clothing items within 14 days of receipt for any reason or no reason. This is a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached. The customer must contact [email protected] to request a return authorization before sending the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. Wai Min Limited will not accept returns after 14 days from receipt.

Refund Processing Time

After Wai Min Limited receives and inspects the returned item, refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days. This period applies to all refunds. The customer must allow at least 14 days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account. Wai Min Limited is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.

PayPal Refunds

For orders paid through PayPal, PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must allow at least 14 days for a PayPal refund and up to 30 days in regions where local laws require additional processing time. Wai Min Limited will initiate the PayPal refund after the return is approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must contact [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt and provide photographs of the damaged or defective item and the packaging. If the claim is approved, Wai Min Limited will provide a replacement or a refund. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be denied. The customer must keep the damaged or defective item and all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and product descriptions on poloshirtrmqr.com are owned by Wai Min Limited or its licensors. The customer may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission from Wai Min Limited.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Hong Kong law. The governing law is Hong Kong law. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or from the use of poloshirtrmqr.com is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Limitation of Liability

Wai Min Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of poloshirtrmqr.com or from the purchase of clothing products. The total liability of Wai Min Limited for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

Changes to These Terms

Wai Min Limited may change these Terms of Service at any time. The customer is responsible for reviewing these Terms of Service before each purchase. Continued use of poloshirtrmqr.com after changes means the customer accepts the changed Terms of Service.
